• Important: Transfers are provided for guests arriving to Faro Airport on 12^th September and for those departing on 15^th

• For arrivals: A meet and greet service will be operated so please be sure to look for the AWEBB sign upon entering arrivals.
• For departures: A transfer schedule will be available in the lobby from Saturday afternoon, so you can check what time your transfer is.
• Approximate cost for a taxi transfer is around €40 – €50 for guests arriving outside of the transfer day and taxis are available directly outside arrivals. If your departure takes place outside of our transfers on Sunday, the hotel will be happy to assist in the arrangements of taxis.

• A designated AWEBB check in is situated to the right as you enter the hotel, please come and say hi – grab your lanyard and a copy of this booklet and we’ll direct you to complete your room check in.
• Check in is guaranteed from 15:00, however rooms may be released earlier as they become available, though no guarantee.
• Check out is at 12:00 – late check out is available, subject to availability.
• The concierge will provide secure storage of any luggage until rooms are released/until you are ready to depart and of course you are free to enjoy the hotels many facilities.
